Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 September 2026
1. Who we are
makbit.io (the "Operator", "we") provides operational software and settlement support for crypto exchanges / OTC desks and their partners handling USDT and EUR. Contact: info@makbit.io.
These Terms form a binding agreement between the Operator and any person or company using the website, the agent application or the partner area (the "Services").
2. Scope of the Services
The Services include exchange calculations, transaction records, accounting between the Operator and its agents, on-chain verification of incoming transfers and reporting.
We are not a bank, not an investment firm, not a fund and not a custodian for the general public. We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management or brokerage.
3. Eligibility and accounts
Access to the application is granted by the Operator only. There is no public self-registration. Accounts are created for agents and partners after identification and internal approval.
Users must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. Each user is responsible for keeping login credentials and two-factor authentication devices secure, and for all activity performed under their account.
4. Rates, fees and indicative figures
Rates shown on the public website and in calculators are indicative and may change at any time before a transaction is confirmed. Only the amount recorded in a confirmed transaction is binding.
Applicable spreads, commissions and network fees are shown before confirmation. Blockchain network fees are not refundable.
5. Transactions and blockchain risk
Crypto transfers are irreversible once broadcast to the network. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the wallet address and the selected network (for example TRC-20, ERC-20 or BEP-20).
Funds sent to a wrong address, on a wrong network or in a token other than the one agreed may be permanently lost and cannot be recovered by the Operator.
6. Refusal, holds and cancellation
We may refuse, delay, hold or reverse a transaction where we suspect fraud, sanctions exposure, money laundering, stolen funds, technical error or a breach of these Terms, or where required by law or by a competent authority.
Confirmed transactions may be cancelled internally (storno) by an administrator only, with a corresponding reversal in the accounting records.
7. Partner cooperation
The Liquidity Partner Program is a private business cooperation, available by invitation only to qualified partners. It is not a public offering, not a deposit-taking service and not a securities product.
All commercial terms — amount, term, partner fee and the return of the placed capital — are set out in a separate written cooperation agreement, which prevails over the descriptions on this website.
8. Acceptable use
Users must not use the Services for unlawful purposes, must not attempt to access data belonging to other users, and must not interfere with the security or availability of the platform.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach of these Terms or for conduct that exposes the Operator to legal or reputational risk.
9. Liability
The Services are provided with professional care but without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, market movements, third-party failures, or losses caused by the user's own error or negligence.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Changes, governing law and disputes
We may amend these Terms; the current version is always published on this page with its update date. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.
The governing law and the competent forum for any dispute are those stated in the signed agreement between the Operator and the user. Where no such agreement exists, the law of the Operator's place of establishment applies.
