Risk Disclosure
Last updated: 10 September 2026
Please read this notice before using our Services or entering into a partner cooperation.
1. Nothing here is a public offering
The information on this website is general business information. It is not investment advice, not an offer of securities, not a deposit-taking service and not a solicitation of the general public.
The Liquidity Partner Program is a private cooperation, available by invitation to qualified partners, and is documented in a separate written agreement.
2. Crypto-asset risk
Crypto-asset prices are volatile. Stablecoins such as USDT depend on the solvency and conduct of their issuer and may deviate from their reference value or become illiquid.
Blockchain transfers are irreversible. An incorrect address or network can result in a permanent loss of funds.
3. Operational and technical risk
Networks may congest, exchange rate feeds may be delayed, and software or third-party infrastructure may fail. Indicative rates may differ from the rate at confirmation.
Transactions may be delayed, held or refused for compliance reasons.
4. Counterparty risk of the partner cooperation
The partner fee is a contractual obligation of the Operator, paid out of the operating margin of a real exchange business. It is not a guaranteed market return and it is not covered by any deposit-guarantee scheme.
Repayment of the placed capital depends on the Operator's ability to perform. A downturn in turnover, an operational loss, a regulatory restriction or the default of a network participant can affect timing or amount.
Placed capital is returned after a notice period of ten business days once the agreed term has passed. Early exit is not guaranteed.
5. Legal and tax risk
Rules for crypto-asset services change and may restrict or prohibit parts of the activity at short notice, including with retroactive effect on ongoing arrangements.
Each party is responsible for its own tax reporting and obligations. We do not provide tax advice.
6. Only commit what you can afford
Do not place funds you cannot afford to have locked for the agreed term or to lose in an adverse scenario. Seek independent legal, financial and tax advice before entering into a cooperation.
