FAQ
Frequently asked questions
The questions we hear most from crypto exchanges / OTC desks and from liquidity partners.
For crypto exchanges / OTC desks
How is the rate formed?
We take the live EUR/USD market rate, refreshed every few minutes, and apply the spread and commission agreed in your daily conditions. The final figure is shown before the transaction is confirmed.
What do I need to start?
An existing counter, a place to work from and clients. We create your profile, set your conditions and give you access — there is no public signup.
Who covers the crypto side?
We do. You handle the client and the cash; sending and receiving USDT, verification and settlement run through the platform.
How does cash settlement work?
Every location has its own balance in EUR, local currency and USDT. Buying and selling moves that balance, and each settlement is recorded, so the account always closes.
Does the client get a document?
Yes — every transaction has a receipt you can print, or send straight to the client as an image or PDF, and it can be reopened later from the transaction history.
Security
How are incoming transfers checked?
Each transfer is verified on-chain against the official Tether contracts on Ethereum, BSC and Tron before any cash is paid out.
How is access protected?
Accounts are created by us only, and every login requires two-factor authentication with an authenticator app.
Partners
What is the partner fee based on?
The placed USDT is used as operational working capital in a real, working exchange business. The fee is paid out of the margin on that turnover, not from trading or speculation.
What cooperation terms are available?
60, 90, 180 and 365 days. Longer terms carry a higher fee, up to 19.2% annually for the 365-day term.
How is the placed capital returned?
It is returned after a notice of 10 business days, once the agreed term has passed.
How do I get access?
Apply through the Partners page. Our team reviews the request and contacts you within 24 hours — no obligation. This program is private and not a public offering.
